Ticket Exchange, Will Call and Beer Garden information
Our Will Call (ticket pick-up office) is located in the Activity & Information Centre, located in front of the Whistler Conference Center’s main entrance (opposite Tapley’s Pub). ALL Festival-goers will need to exchange their tickets for wrist bands before being allowed access to the Festival grounds @ the wrist band station by the main entrance to the Festival on the Whistler Golf Course Driving Range. Please note, these agents will be placing wrist bands on ALL Festival goers – no exceptions. Tickets cannot be exchanged for wrist bands on behalf of other people.
Will Call Hours of Operations:
· Fri Aug 21, 11am – 10pm;
· Sat Aug 22, 10am-10pm;
· Sun Aug 23, 10am-6pm.
All people wishing to access the Beer Garden will need to have two (2) valid pieces of ID. Security will be checking ID @ the entrance to the Beer Garden and issuing 19+ wrist bands.
